Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Woodmade.Wonderwood. Below is how returns, refunds and exchanges work, including your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel (14-day right of withdrawal)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To cancel, use the withdrawal function on our website [link to the withdrawal button] or contact us at [email]. We will confirm your cancellation by email. After you have told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Condition of returned items
You are welcome to examine and try on your item as you would in a shop. You do not lose your right to cancel simply because you opened the packaging or tried the piece on. However, you are responsible for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, and we may reduce your refund accordingly.
Refunds
If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Personalized and engraved items
Items that are made to your specifications or personalized — including pieces with individual or custom engraving — are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods (see below).
Faulty or incorrect items
If any item arrives damaged, defective or not as described — including personalized pieces — you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a non-personalized item for a different size or color, please contact us within [14] days of receiving your order. The item must be in resaleable condition. Exchanges are offered as a courtesy in addition to your statutory rights.
